Privacy Policy

Bikurey Hasade Group Ltd. (company no. 512402538) and its group companies (“the Company”, “we”) respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on bikurey.co.il (“the Website”), why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are. It follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations made under it.

What we collect

What you give us in the contact form

When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, phone number, email address (if you give it) and the subject of your enquiry. You are not legally required to provide this information, but without it we cannot reply to you. Please do not include sensitive information that isn’t needed to handle your enquiry.

Technical information

As with any website, the servers that deliver the Website (our hosting provider, Cloudflare) log technical information about each request: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. It is used to run and secure the Website and to prevent abuse.

Visit statistics

To learn which pages are useful to visitors and how fast the Website loads, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits in aggregate: the page viewed, the site you came from, country, browser and device type, and loading speed. It uses no cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you across websites. The Website uses no advertising cookies or marketing tracking.

Accessibility preferences

If you use the accessibility menu, your choices are stored only in your own browser, so they carry over from page to page. They are never sent to us, and you can clear them with the menu’s “Reset” button or in your browser settings.

Google map

The contact page includes an embedded Google map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may use cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.

The “Customer login” area

The “Customer login” menu links to two separate Company systems, the existing one and the new one, for business customers who have received login details from us. These systems process information about the customer, its account and its dealings with the Company, as well as login details and a record of logins. This information is used to serve the customer, secure the systems and manage the business relationship. Use of the systems is also subject to the agreement between the Company and the customer and to our Terms of Use. Do not share your login details, and tell us immediately if you suspect they have been used without permission.

How we use information

  • To handle your enquiry and reply to you, including enquiries about jobs, suppliers, customers and investors.
  • To serve business customers through the customer area.
  • To run and secure the Website.
  • To comply with the law and protect the Company’s rights.

We do not use the information for marketing mailings and we do not sell it.

Who we share it with

Information is shared only with those who need it for the purposes above:

  • Company employees who handle the enquiry.
  • Service providers acting for us: Cloudflare (hosting the Website, passing on form enquiries and counting visits) and Microsoft (the Company’s email, where enquiries are kept). These providers may store information outside Israel, subject to the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001.
  • Authorities, where the law or a court order requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in the Company’s mailbox for as long as they are needed for handling and follow-up, and as required by law.

Security

The Website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form enquiries are sent to the Company’s mailbox through its Microsoft 365 system. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Protection Law you may review the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. For such a request, or any question about this policy, contact us:

Links to other websites

The Website links to sites we do not control, such as the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange’s Maya, Shuk City and Green Ark. This policy does not apply to them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on the Website is the one that applies.
